Reviews for Lucky Rabbit Noodles
Review highlights
Based on 1,302 reviewsLucky Rabbit Noodles in Brooklyn garners consistent praise for its authentic and flavorful Asian fusion dishes, particularly the garlic noodles and braised beef noodle specialties. Diners frequently highlight the fresh, homemade noodles that are tender and chewy, enhancing the overall dining experience. The cozy, unpretentious atmosphere paired with attentive and friendly service adds to the appeal, making it a welcomed spot in the DUMBO neighborhood. Portions are noted as generous, suitable for sharing, and while the prices reflect the local area, many find the quality and unique flavors worth it. Some caution is advised regarding the spiciness of certain dishes, and while most menu items receive acclaim, a few side options like dumplings receive mixed feedback. Overall, Lucky Rabbit Noodles is appreciated for its vibrant flavors and inviting vibe.
What a cozy place on a cold & rainy day! Spontaneous visit today after seeing the great Google reviews. My husband & I came here after seeing a local art show. I ordered the Garlic Noodles with Chicken & my husband had the Signature Dish, Braised Beef & Noodles. We were both pleasantly surprised by the fresh homemade noodles which were soft, delicious & chewy. Also, we were very impressed by the combination of tasty flavors. My husband even commented that he was having a ‘spiritual experience’ while enjoying his food Great to see there are vegan options as well. Staff were all friendly & greeted us when we arrived. Definitely will be back to try some more dishes & dumplings. Note: Large parties, the place is very small with limited seating. Update: They move into a new location and it’s a bigger space! Also, close to the subway station and the still delicious!
Garlic noddles are to die for. Cool spot for American Asian fusion cuisine. Whatever they are paying the cook, it’s not enough. What that guy makes in a 3’ x 5’ kitchen, it’s a miracle. A must-go if you happen in the neighborhood. It’s DUMBO, so it’s not super cheap and it’s a hole in the wall, but worth it.
Probably the some of the best asian food ive had. The place felt super authentic. The food was delicious! Big portions so share if you dont eat too much. My guy friend could not even finish his place. 100% recommend!
The flavor profile of the Beef Noodle and Chili Garlic Noodle is insanely full of flavor. Beware, if you aren't good with spice, don't get the Chili Garlic but I do think it's spiced at a good amount. The beef is so tender and the chicken was good. I recommend the Braised Beef & Noodle. The house dumplings are okay; I'd skip on that. Overall, a good experience and I found out about this on TikTok awhile ago. Unfortunately, it gets very crowded and you might not be able to find a seat. However, the worker on Saturday is very sweet.
Amazing food and service!! The owner was there and was super friendly. Gave us lots of recommendations. The cucumbers were amazing as was the dumpling soup (lil swimmers). He kept refilling our waters for us even though it was more of a casual sitdown restaurant. Great food, great atmosphere great service!
This place is a vibe in the heart of Brooklyn, it’s a hidden gem underrated and authentic. The cute rabbit on the wall did make us feel lucky! They were upfront about not having dedicated vegan cooking spots. The vegan truffle dumplings is extraordinary and something unexpected but to get a feeling of how something so simple can be done right try the miso soup! It’s a winner!! Thanks so much we wish you keep growing :)
It is really a found gem at the region. That was a cold morning, then we found a place with warm food & mood. A huge variety at the menu and the owner was present and taking care of customers experience all the time. I was there with kid n wife, we all appreciated the moment besides the food!
A cheerful, bustling noodle shop just below the bridge. If you sit outside you can listen to an occasional train pass by, and enjoy how the city hums around you. The food was good, but didn’t blow us away - I didn’t find the garlic chili noodles too garlicky and just slightly bland, but they were nicely spicy and with soy sauce they were good. The send noods was again somewhat bland but good and satisfying. We were disappointed with the Massaman curry dumplings, but I’d happily try another dumpling - they have a wide variety of options there. It’s clear everything, down to the noodles, is made fresh daily - every dish seems to have the option to choose which protein (or none!) meaning it’s highly vegetarian friendly. The prices are steep - our meal for 2 was $60 after tip, and no drinks, but the portions are massive and the plate of noodles I got was 2 meals essentially. Overall, a good spot.
